In this notice, "we", "us" and "our" mean WH Success Empire (201703286474), an official authorised reseller (Wakil Jualan Sah) of NK Age-Reverse and the operator of nk2u.com. "Website" means nk2u.com and any page that links to this notice. "Services" means our Website and our related sales, marketing, events and support.

If you do not agree with any part of this notice, please stop using our Services.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

In short: we collect the personal information you give us.

We collect personal information that you give us when you register an account, place an order, join our VIP programme or support groups, take part in activities on the Website, or contact us. This may include your name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping address, date of birth, and your order history.

Payment data. When you pay online, your payment is handled by our payment gateway, Billplz. Your card or online banking details are entered on and stored by Billplz, not by us. You can read Billplz's privacy notice at https://www.billplz.com/privacy. Cash On Delivery payments are collected by the courier.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit, through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

All personal information you give us must be true, complete and accurate. Please tell us if it changes.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your information, based on our legitimate business interests, to perform our contract with you, with your consent, and/or to comply with the law, in order to:

create and manage your account and log you in;
process, deliver and support your orders, payments, cancellations and refunds;
send you order updates, tracking numbers and order confirmations by SMS, email and/or WhatsApp;
manage NK Points, store credit, VIP status and other rewards;
respond to your enquiries and give you product advice and after-sales support;
request feedback, and post testimonials with your consent;
send you marketing and promotional messages, if this matches your preferences (you can opt out at any time);
show you relevant advertising and measure how well it works;
prevent fraud and keep our Website secure.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

In short: we only share your information to fulfil your order, to provide our Services, with your consent, or when the law requires it.

NK Age-Reverse HQ. Orders placed on this Website are processed, packed and shipped by NK Age-Reverse HQ (NK Group Biotech Sdn. Bhd., 202401029907 / 1575755-A). We share the details needed to fulfil your order, such as your name, phone number, shipping address and the items ordered.
Courier partners. HQ's courier partners receive your name, phone number and shipping address to deliver your parcel and, for COD, to collect payment.
Payment gateway. Billplz processes online payments.
Service providers. We use trusted providers for website hosting, email and WhatsApp messaging, and analytics and advertising (such as Google and Meta). They only process your information on our behalf.
Legal reasons. We may disclose your information when required by law, a court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights, prevent fraud or protect the safety of any person.
Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information as part of a merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or part of our business.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

In short: yes.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels) to keep you logged in, remember your cart, understand how the Website is used, and measure our advertising. These may include Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies, but some features of the Website, such as the cart and login, may then not work.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this notice, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law (for example for tax and accounting). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it, or, where that is not possible (for example in backups), store it securely and keep it from further use until it can be deleted.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (SSL). However, no transmission over the Internet or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorised third parties will never be able to access your information. You use the Website at your own risk, and should only access it in a secure environment.

Opting out of marketing. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by contacting us. We may still send you service messages about your account and orders.

Most browsers offer a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. There is no agreed standard for responding to DNT signals yet, so we do not currently respond to them. If such a standard is adopted, we will update this notice.

We may update this notice from time to time to stay compliant with the law. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date and takes effect once it is published. For important changes, we may post a notice on the Website or contact you directly.
