Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains who processes your order, how it is shipped and delivered, and how returns and refunds are handled when you buy NK Age-Reverse products on nk2u.com.

1. Who You Are Buying From

nk2u.com is operated by WH Success Empire (201703286474), an official authorised reseller (Wakil Jualan Sah) of NK Age-Reverse.

All orders placed on this website are processed, packed and shipped by NK Age-Reverse HQ (NK Group Biotech Sdn. Bhd., 202401029907 / 1575755-A), which manages marketing and logistics for NK Age-Reverse. Products are developed by She Empire Sdn. Bhd. (1112149-W) together with the research team at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

NK Age-Reverse is not sold on any marketplace such as Shopee, Lazada or PG Mall. Genuine products are only available through authorised sellers, either on this website or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp or Facebook.

2. Shipping Method

All orders are delivered by HQ's courier partners. The courier used for your order is chosen by HQ based on your delivery address and service availability, and may change from time to time without prior notice. Every delivery comes with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

3. Cash On Delivery (COD)

COD is available for delivery addresses in Peninsular Malaysia and for selected products only. If you choose COD:

You will receive a WhatsApp message to confirm your order. Your order is processed only after you confirm it.
The courier may contact you by phone call or SMS on delivery. Please make sure the mobile number you give is correct.
Please prepare the exact amount in cash and pay the courier's representative on delivery. Bank transfer, cheque or any other payment method is not accepted for COD.

4. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 working hours. HQ's working days are Sunday to Thursday, unless notified otherwise.

After your order is processed, delivery usually takes:

2–5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia
3–7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak

Delivery times depend on the courier. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

5. Order Tracking

Your tracking number is sent by SMS, email and/or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel on the courier's website; please allow at least 24 hours before checking. Registered customers can also see their orders and tracking on the My Account page, and guests can use the Track Order page with their order number and email.

6. Responsibility of the Receiver

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or undelivered because of incorrect information given at checkout.

Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel, so that you do not need to collect it from elsewhere.

7. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, please email hello@nk2u.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel, with your order number as the subject, and include:

Your name
Order number and order date
Photos of the parcel and the items received
A short description of the problem

We will review your report together with HQ. If the problem was caused by our side or during packing, we will send you a replacement product. Reports received more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once they have been placed.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please read the product information carefully before ordering.
If we have to cancel a paid order (for example, when an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified), the amount paid is refunded as store credit of the same value. Store credit is kept in your account and can be used on your next purchase.
Wrong or damaged items are handled as described in section 7.
